Return & Refund Policy

At WorldSarah, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product defecit or order error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@worldsarah.com.

To help us review your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Once we have reviewed and verified the issue, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color variations due to screen settings
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Refunds for Approved Claims

If your item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will notify you once your claim has been reviewed and approved. Any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
